Description
An armrest rear pivot is the joint at the back of the armrest that the armrest turns on, and this number is the pivot assembly with its fittings rather than a single pin.
A different armrest type takes a different rear pivot, so send the chair model, the serial number and the armrest type when you order and we will confirm which pivot the chair takes.
The armrest takes the arm and the fittings take knocks when a chair is folded or lifted, so the pivot is fitted and checked by a technician; our service team covers that work.
A damaged pivot usually shows as a wobble or a knock in the armrest. Armrest spares are in spare parts, and the chairs themselves on our wheelchairs page.
