Description
The corded handset is how one caregiver works the lift: it raises and lowers the seat and shows the battery charge. It plugs into the control box rather than into a socket, so a replacement is a dealer part.
Photograph the label on the old handset, note how many buttons it has and how the cable leaves it, and send the picture with the lift's model and serial number. We confirm the revision and the connector before you order.
Our technicians check and fit controls on the equipment we sell; start with a repair request and see spare parts for the range.
