Order the XL coverlet only when the mattress tag says Easy Air XL and the size matches one of the six parts.
Who is it for?
- Replacing the top on an Easy Air XL already in use.
- Not a substitute for the mattress if the air system has failed.
- Not for a 35 in Easy Air or Easy Air LR. Those coverlets are narrower.
Match the tag
- 42 in parts are CLT-L8042XL and CLT-L8442XL. 48 in and 53 in parts are the wider SKUs above.
- Length is 80 or 84 in. An 80 in top on an 84 in mattress leaves the end short.
- The March 2024 Savaria sheet says the outer coverlet wipes clean. It does not print a machine-wash cycle.

What stays separate
- The mattress, the pump and the bed are not included.
- It does not change the weight rating of the mattress under it.
- Bedding and a separate protector are listed with bedding.
How does this compare?
Need a whole surface instead of a top? Look at bariatric mattresses and the bed width together. The LR coverlet is the wrong family.
Frequently asked questions
Is CLT-L8042XL the same cover as the LR?
No. XL parts end in XL and start at 42 in wide. LR parts end in LR and include 35 in widths.
Which width is the default?
CLT-L8042XL, 80 by 42 in. The other five parts are the same family with their own size.
Do you publish a wash recipe?
The March 2024 sheet says the outer coverlet wipes clean. It does not print a machine-wash cycle, so we do not give one.
