Description
Item 730-949 is Drive's cane strap: a short black nylon cord, a metal ring, and a clip. It is an accessory for a cane you already own, not a cane by itself.
Where it clips
Drive says it attaches to any standard cane. Clip it to the handle, then put the loop over the wrist that holds the grip. It is not a wall hook, and it is not a tip.
What you actually get
You receive one strap. The sheet also prints packs of six and of 144. Those counts are how a dealer orders cartons, not the piece on this page.
Funding may help: see who may help pay. See other cane accessories, a quad cane tip for a 3/4 in tube, or walking aids. Contact us if the clip may not reach your handle.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace a worn cane tip?
No. The strap never touches the ground. A smooth tip still needs a new tip, sold separately.
Can I leave the metal clip on outdoors?
Nylon dries. A wet clip can mark a pale handle, so unclip it and dry both parts after rain.
Will it fit a folding cane?
Only if that handle has a gap the clip can close on. Do not force it through a narrower slot.
Is a case of six the retail unit?
No. Six and 144 are how Drive packs them for a shop. This page is a single strap.
