Description
The Drive 10211-4ASM is the Youth size in Drive's two-button deluxe folding walker family, with 5 in front wheels.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Each side has its own push button, so one side folds while the other stays open.
- The buttons work with fingers, palms or the side of the hand.
- The frame is 1 in (2.5 cm) aluminium tubing with vinyl-contoured hand grips.
- The 5 in front wheels are polypropylene and PVC, and the rear legs have glide caps that slide.
- Replacement wheels are Drive item 10109.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- For a shorter adult or a youth who needs a two-button walker.
- Choose the adult 10210-1 if the taller frame suits better.
- Choose a rollator if you need a seat to rest on.
Will it fit?
- The frame is 24 in (61 cm) wide; measure the doorway and the hallway.
- Set both handles so they meet the wrist with the arm hanging down, and the elbow bends about 20 to 30 degrees.
- The weight limit is 350 lb (159 kg).
Using it day to day
- Set both handles to the same height before you walk.
- Press each button to fold its own side.
- Check the glide caps and the front wheels for wear.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- Item 10211-4ASM is the Youth case of four. We confirm whether one order is one walker or that case before you order.
- It is not the steel junior walker, item 10247.
- Use Drive wheels and parts rather than another maker's.
How does it compare?
- The steel junior walker, item 10247, is a different frame.
- The deluxe adult walker 10210-1 is the taller member of the family.
- See the walkers range.
