This insert fills the centre opening in the lift's bottom cover, and it is matched to the cover on your own lift rather than to the number by itself.
Send the lift's model and serial number and a photograph of the underside with the cover and insert in place. If the cover around the opening is damaged as well, tell us: the insert and the cover are separate items and you may need both.
