This jumper links the lift's cells inside the unit, and it is confirmed from your own lift rather than from the number alone. Its terminals and its insulation have to suit the pack it joins.
Photograph the battery bay with the cover off and the jumpers in place, and send the lift's model and serial number. There are no user serviceable parts inside the cover, so a technician does this work.
