This is the two-colour LED cable assembly for the C-1000 lift. The LED display and cable, and the LED panel mount kit, are separate parts with their own part numbers.
Photograph the light, and the cable where it leaves the indicator, and send the lift's model and serial number. The photograph tells us the connector and the lead length your unit takes before the order is placed.
