This insert sits within the lift's middle cover. Check it against the cover already fitted before ordering.
Photograph the middle of the lift with the insert in place, and send the lift's model and serial number. Check the fixing points as well as the visible face of the insert. If the cover around the insert is also damaged, say so, because the two are separate items and you may need both.
