The shaft spacer sets the gap between the parts that sit on the transcord shaft. Its thickness is what decides the fit, so measure yours and photograph it beside a ruler.
Spacers are easy to lose and easy to fit the wrong way round, so if yours is missing, measure the gap it should fill and send that figure as well.
Send the lift's model and serial number with the measurement, and our technicians can fit it during repair and service.
