Human Care calls this spare Back Strap 93310, and its specification table names it Backrest (Wide) neXus. Human Care says the strap is included with the neXus 3 rollator and is also sold as a spare part.
Human Care files the spare under neXus 3 accessories only. Its current rollator list says the neXus oNe comes with a thinner back strap, so this wide spare is not that part. Name your model if you are not sure.
The assembly sheet, revision 02, October 2022, says to install it with the key shape facing up. The end goes into the clamp at the end of the handle, then a screw and nut tighten it. Check the screws from time to time.
The same sheet states a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects, unless another term is stated, and it excludes wear items such as the seat and hand grips. It does not print a user weight for the strap alone.
The maker photos show a wide black pad with a neXus logo on one face and plain black fabric on the other, with a plastic fitting at each end. The rollator in the full view is not part of the spare.
