The ROHO Mosaic is an air cell wheelchair cushion from Permobil. ROHO describes it as an adjustable, air filled, segmented design support surface that conforms to the seated shape to provide skin and soft tissue protection.
Six sizes

The cells and the cover
The large cells are interconnected and filled with flowing air, and the valve is used with the manual pump to set the cushion. The cell height range is 2.5 to 3 in. It comes with a two way stretch Standard cover or a Heavy Duty cover, and the Heavy Duty cover also suits a bedside chair.
Fitting and care
The maker asks that a clinician experienced in seating and positioning decide whether the cushion suits the person, and notes it may not suit someone who needs accommodation of pelvic asymmetry greater than 1 1/4 in. Skin is checked at least once a day, and the cushion is hand cleaned and disinfected, never machine washed or dried.
