Description
Five buttons sit on this hand control: up and down for the strap, left and right for travel along the track, and a return-to-charge button that sends the empty lift home to its charging point.
Left and right travel only works on a lift with a motorized trolley, so tell us whether yours is motorized or pushed by hand, along with the model and serial number from the lift's label.
Keep the handset cord clear of the carry bar when lifting, and stop using the handset if a button sticks or the casing cracks. Our service technicians fit and test replacement handsets, and other spare parts are listed here.
