The Sophia 4 Queen is the 60 x 80 in version of Orthex's current multi-position bed. Item 426080 is this size. It is not a kit of every Sophia 4 size.
Capacity and deck
The size card prints 850 lb (385.6 kg) next to the 60 x 80 in Queen. The specs box on the same page prints 900 lb. This page uses 850 lb, the lower figure. The card is the source for the 60 x 80 in (1524 x 2032 mm) surface.
Travel is about 18 in. The low position is about 12 in (305 mm) and the raised position about 30 in (762 mm). Clearance is 6 in (152 mm) on the comparison table, and that table lists 7 motors on the Queen.
Positions
Head inclination goes to 68 degrees. The foot section rises up to 9 in (229 mm). Lumbar support goes to 4 in (102 mm). Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg each go to 16 degrees. Lockable casters let the frame roll, then stop.
The base has a wireless remote, lithium backup, underbed lighting and a waterproof covering. Vibro-massage is listed. Heat is not. Rails and the headboard kit stay optional.

The mattress is not in the box. Pick one that flexes at the head and the foot. Other pieces sit with bed accessories. The Sophia 2 is the lower Orthex bed if you do not need a rising deck.

Yes. Orthex lists a lockable wheel system on the Sophia 4, unlike the Sophia 3, which stands on legs.
