The coverlet is the top layer of the PressureGuard Easy Air. Span America describes it as vapour permeable and fluid impermeable. Ordering the coverlet does not send you the air mattress or the control unit.
Which item number is which size?
The sheet's example is CLT-L7535. One code does not fit every bed.
- CLT-L7535 is 75 x 35 in. CLT-L7835 is 78 x 35 in.
- CLT-L8035 is 80 x 35 in. CLT-L8435 is 84 x 35 in.
- CLT-L8032 is 80 x 32 in. CLT-L8039 is 80 x 39 in.
- The mattress those covers fit is rated 500 lbs (227 kg) on the standard models. That rating is the mattress, not a claim that the cloth holds 500 lbs by itself.
Will the coverlet match the bed?
Match the coverlet to the Easy Air mattress you already have, not to a different brand. An 80 inch mattress needs an 80 inch coverlet. Measure before you order. A free home assessment can check the deck.
Health Canada recommends rail gaps under 120 mm (4 3/4 in) in zones 1 to 3 and under 60 mm (2 3/8 in) in zone 4. The coverlet does not change the mattress height. Rails are listed with bed rails.
Care, warranty and funding
The system sheet says the mattress wipes clean. It does not print a separate laundry cycle for the coverlet alone, so we do not invent one.
The same sheet says two years on all components. The control unit and the mattress are not in this box.

Does CLT-L7535 include the Easy Air mattress?
No. CLT- means coverlet only. The system, without the CLT- prefix, is the mattress, the control unit and the coverlet together.
Which code is the 80 by 32 inch coverlet?
CLT-L8032. CLT-L8035 is 80 by 35, and CLT-L8039 is 80 by 39.
Is the lateral-rotation coverlet the same part?
No. Easy Air with lateral rotation uses an LR item number. These six codes are the standard Easy Air coverlets.
What should I check before this coverlet is opened?
