Description
Q6414LP is a gooseneck holder that keeps the bed's hand pendant on the side rail. An OEM parts listing titles it "pendant holder, gooseneck, rail mounted" and notes that it will not fit a 3/4 folding side rail.
What it is for
The holder gives the pendant a place on the rail so it is not left loose on the mattress or the floor. It does not change what the pendant controls, and it does not repair a pendant that no longer works.
Which rail it fits
The only fit limit the OEM title states is that Q6414LP will not fit a 3/4 folding side rail. A dealer lists it for RAD306H rails on Advantage beds. That rail code is not printed on the Savaria page we read, so we confirm your rail before ordering.
The head or foot board holder is item Q6416LP, not this one. See the Span America Advantage bed and bed accessories.
Fitting
No extra pendant is included. The holder takes the pendant supplied with the bed, once we have confirmed the rail. Our technician can fit it on delivery or a service visit in Toronto and the GTA.
If you are still choosing the bed and rails, book a free home assessment so the rail and the holder are checked together.
Savaria lists bed accessories at 1 year on the Advantage warranty table. The holder has no separate term on the pages we read, so we confirm it before you order.
Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a 3/4 folding side rail?
No. The OEM title says Q6414LP will not fit a 3/4 folding side rail.
Is this the headboard holder?
No. Q6414LP is the rail-mounted gooseneck. The head or foot board holder is Q6416LP.
Does it include a hand pendant?
No. It holds the pendant that came with the bed. We confirm the rail before you order the holder.
Which Advantage rail does Savaria name?
The current Savaria page we read does not print a rail code next to Q6414LP. A dealer names RAD306H. We confirm your rail rather than rely on that dealer line alone.
