The charger is wired into the bath, so a trained technician fits it and checks the charging.
Our spare parts pages also list the 12 V accumulators, and our service team can test the charging.
Keep the old charger until the new one is working, so the two can be compared.
Tell us if the bath's emergency lowering no longer works on battery, as the technician will then test the accumulators too.
