The positive spring sits in the charger end stop and presses the lift's charging contacts together when the lift parks.
Photograph the end stop with the spring in place, and send the lift's model and serial number. The assembly carries a plain spring and a positive spring, so the photograph and the old spring's position are what tell them apart before the order.
