The traversing idle gears pass the drive to the trolley wheels, and the right and left gears are separate parts with their own codes.
Photograph the gear and the drive it sits in, and send the lift's model, serial number and the side you need. The right gear is 635103 and the left is 635104, so the side is what confirms the part before the order.
