Human Care calls it waterproof, and its own photo shows drops beading on the surface. It publishes no rating and no seam details, so we will not promise a downpour.
Is it a cushion as well as a cover?
No. Human Care sells article 93313 as a cover only, with no padding inside. The neXus seat cushions are separate parts, so this cover goes over the cushion you have.
Can it stay on while the rollator is folded or kept outside?
The maker does not say. It is a stretch cover over the seat, so it pulls off in seconds; ask us and we will try it on a neXus 3.
