Is this the pillow for me if I sleep on my back?
That is the position Orthex designed it for. If you sleep on your side, the Somnia 4.5 and Somnia 5.5 are the taller builds made for that.
How does an ergonomic pillow differ from a regular pillow?
The maker's answer: they differ in shape, material and purpose, because they support and align the head, neck and spine during sleep rather than simply cushioning the head.
Can I wash the pillow?
The cover is machine washable in cold water, laid flat to dry, with no bleach and no ironing. The foam is wiped with a damp cloth only and should not be soaked.
