Description
The Symbia 03 is a knee cushion made by Orthex in Canada, 22 in long. It is placed between the knees and the ankles when lying on your side, sized by the maker to keep both legs parallel. The core is gel infused memory foam over a high density foam base.

Check the fit
- One size: 22 in long, 8 in wide and 4 in high (55.9 x 20.3 x 10.2 cm).
- Lie on your side and align it between the knees and the ankles, where it supports from the knees to the ankles.
- Allow two to three weeks to adapt, the maker states, though faster adaptation is common.
- The maker publishes no weight limit for it, so we print none.
The foam and the cover
- The top layer is gel infused viscoelastic memory foam, over a support structure of high density polyurethane foam.
- The cover is a breathable knitted coconut polyester that machine washes cold; lay it flat to dry, with no ironing and no bleach.
- The foam is not washable. Clean it locally with a damp cloth only.
- Replacement covers are sold on their own, and we can order one with it.
- Orthex describes the support as giving spinal alignment, which it says reduces the risk of hip and lower back pain.
- The five year warranty is Orthex's own, from the date of purchase.

Will it stay put through the night?
The maker builds it to stay in place whatever the leg position, and there is no strap to fasten.
Is it only for side sleeping?
The maker designs it for lying on your side, where it runs from the knees to the ankles. Ask us about other positions.
Can I buy just the cover?
Yes. Orthex sells the knitted coconut cover on its own and we can order one with the cushion. Ask us through contact.
Who handles the warranty?
