Description
The Geo-Mattress 350 is Span's 6" foam mattress for someone within 350 lbs who does not need a pump.
Who is it for?
- Span describes it as a higher-weight home-care choice and as a simpler long-term-care mattress. The care team still chooses the surface.
- The limit is 350 lbs (159 kg). A heavier person needs a different model. See foam mattresses.
- There is no control unit. If the bed has no reliable power plan, this is the simpler object. If the skin need is beyond a foam mattress, do not stop here.
Which size fits the deck?
- All three are 35" (89 cm) wide and 6" (15 cm) high. Lengths are 75" (191 cm), 80" (203 cm) or 84" (213 cm): codes 67535-29, 68035-29 and 68435-29.
- The mattress weighs 21 lbs (10 kg).
- Measure the deck. An 80" mattress on a 75" deck overhangs. See mattress sizes and hospital beds.
- Test the rails after it is on the deck. Health Canada flags gaps over 120 mm (4 3/4 in) in zones 1 to 3, and over 60 mm (2 3/8 in) in zone 4.
How is it built?
- One layer of combustion-modified foam. The top is cross-cut so the cells can follow the body. Span's heel slope is meant to move pressure off the heel and onto the lower leg.
- The cover is bacteriostatic, fluid-proof, tear-resistant and replaceable. Span says the pleats reduce hammocking. Machine-wash steps are not printed.

Is a pump packed in the box?
No. It is a foam mattress. There is no control unit in the box.
What lengths can I order?
75", 80" or 84", all 35" wide and 6" high. Tell us the deck length.
Is the heel section sloped?
Yes. Span says the heel slope spreads pressure along the lower leg.
