Description
The Drive Deluxe two-button folding walker, item 10210-4ASM, is an adult walker with two fixed front wheels.
What does it do and how does it work?
Two fixed 5 in (12.7 cm) front wheels roll, and rear glide caps slide.
- Each side folds on its own push button.
- The buttons work with the fingers, the palm, or the side of the hand.
- The frame is 1 in (25 mm) aluminium and weighs 7.5 lb (3.4 kg).
- The limit is 350 lb (159 kg).
- Vinyl grips adjust from 32 to 39 in (81 to 99 cm).
- Polypropylene and PVC wheels arrive fitted.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
It suits an adult whose wrist sits between 32 and 39 in (81 and 99 cm).
- Over 350 lb (159 kg), choose a higher-capacity walker.
- This walker has no seat, and it is not for stairs or escalators.
Will it fit?
The open frame is 24 in (61 cm) wide. Measure the bathroom door against that.
- Arm hanging, the grip should meet the wrist crease.
- Hand on the grip, the elbow should bend about 20 to 30 degrees.
- Set both sides to the same height before you walk.
Using it day to day
Lift the walker, line your foot up with the back legs, and set all four legs down before you step.
- Take one step. Do not shove one side ahead without lifting the frame first.
- Watch for cords, wet floors, throw rugs, toys, furniture, door sills and gaps.
- From a wheelchair, lock the wheels, push up on the armrests, and move one hand at a time.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
Front legs have wheels and back legs have glide caps, with no rear brakes.
- Use Drive accessories only. Another maker's parts can fit badly.
- Limited lifetime cover, for the original buyer, is repair or replacement of defects in materials and workmanship.
- Misuse, ordinary wear, rubber accessories, casters and grips are outside that warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add wheels to the back legs?
Only when those wheels have brakes. This walker keeps glide caps on the back legs.
Which hand moves first if the left leg is injured?
Lock the wheelchair first. Move the right hand to the walker, then the left hand.
What wears out and is not covered for life?
Rubber accessories, casters and grips wear out. Replace a front wheel with Drive item 10109.
What if I cannot lift the walker between steps?
You still lift it and set all four legs down. A four-wheel rollator rolls instead.
