The Herga airline grommet lines an opening used by the lift's control airline. Check the opening and the panel thickness against the part already fitted, since the grommet must seat without pinching the airline.
Photograph the old grommet with the airline still through it, then measure the opening and the panel thickness. Send the lift model and serial number with those details so we can confirm the replacement before ordering.
