The trolley axle carries the trolley wheels and passes the load from the lift into the track.
Photograph the trolley with the axle in place, and send the lift's model and serial number. We confirm the axle against your trolley before you order, and note whether one wheel or both are loose, since its bushings and retaining ring can go in the same order if they are worn.
