NA13525N is the small standing disposable sling from Joerns Healthcare. Medium is NA13526N and large is NA13527N. The user manual rates this family at 440 lb (200 kg). Each code is printed as polyester, and the sling is disposable.
Which size is which
Small is red, item NA13525N. Medium is yellow, item NA13526N. Large is green, item NA13527N. The label shows five colour marks and four are crossed out. The open mark is the size in your hand. Ordering the small does not send the other two.
What the manual allows
It is an easy fit for standing support, not a general transfer. It will not suit a person with a double amputation, and it is not for a lift from lying flat. Hoyer slings are not meant for another maker's lift.
Use it with a Hoyer stand-aid. The colour chart names the Elevate and the Journey, and it marks Ascend as discontinued, for reference only.
Tell us the lift model before you order. Other shapes are under slings, and this style sits with sit to stand slings. The lift itself is under patient lifts.
How it sits on the person
Place it behind the back, between the shoulder blades and the lower ribs, with a loose strap around the front. Arms stay outside. Start on the longer loops at the white hooks. Ask the person to lean back. If the sling rides up under the arms, stop.
Care and warranty
Do not wash this sling. It is for one person, and washing can damage it. Check the stitching before each use. Hoyer Pro disposable slings are warranted for 14 days from purchase by the original owner.
The polyester Deluxe Stand-Aid uses NA13499N, NA13500N and NA13498N. Those codes are not on this page.
Frequently asked questions
Can this disposable standing sling be washed?
No. The manual says disposable slings are not to be washed. Washing can make the sling unsafe.
Does the small include the medium and the large?
No. Small is NA13525N only. Medium is NA13526N and large is NA13527N.
Will it hang on a lift that is not a Hoyer?
The manual says Hoyer slings are not designed for another maker's lift. Tell us the model and we confirm the match.
Is a stand-aid included with the sling?
No. This order is one sling in the size you choose.
