Description
This is the Genesis in Small, LC-150S, and Medium, LC-150M. Same 325 lb rating.
Who it fits
- Medium suits someone about 5 ft 4 in to 5 ft 9 in (163 to 175 cm), at or under 325 lbs (147.4 kg), with a 22 in (559 mm) seat.
- Small LC-150S is for about 5 ft 3 in and below, with a 20 in wide and 18 in deep seat (508 by 457 mm). LC-150M does not cover it.
- Not a heavy-duty chair. 325 lbs (147.4 kg) is the ceiling on both sizes.
Will it fit you and the room?
Two sizes. Seat width is the first check. The room figures below are the Medium.
- Seat: 22 in wide, 20 in deep, 20 in off the floor (559, 508 and 508 mm). Back height 26 in (660 mm).
- The chair is 33 in wide, 44.5 in tall and 36 in deep (838, 1130 and 914 mm). Leave 18.5 in (470 mm) behind it. It weighs 116 lbs (52.6 kg).
- With the footrest out, the seat depth is 38 in (965 mm). There is no footrest extension to add.
What it will not do
- Not enhanced and not infinite. The back and the chaise move together. You can stop partway.
- No power headrest, no power lumbar, and no heat or massage on the feature list.
- The backup is integrated. The brochure says batteries are not included, and it does not name the type.
- Sophie colours are Latte, Sapphire, Shale and Cabernet. Chestnut vinyl is optional, not one of the four cloths.
How it compares
- Other 3-position lift chairs use this same single motion, some at a higher weight rating.
- If the back and footrest must move apart, see infinite position lift chairs and the VivaLift Elegance PLR-975.
