Description
The Muskoka comes in Small, Medium and Large. Each size has its own item number, and all three are rated 400 lbs (181.5 kg).
Who it fits
- Medium suits someone about 5 ft 4 in to 5 ft 9 in (163 to 175 cm), at or under 400 lbs (181.5 kg), with a 22 in (559 mm) seat.
- Small LC-475S is 20 by 18 in, for about 5 ft 3 in and below. Large LC-475L is 24 by 22 in, for about 5 ft 9 in to 6 ft.
- The leg rest extends before the back reclines. That is still one path, not infinite position.
Will it fit you and the room?
Three seats. The room figures below are the Medium. Check the seat before the height guide.
- Seat: 22 in wide, 20 in deep, 20 in off the floor (559, 508 and 508 mm). Back height 26 in (660 mm).
- The chair is 34.5 in wide, 45.5 in tall and 38.5 in deep (876, 1156 and 978 mm). Leave 17.5 in (445 mm) behind it. It weighs 175 lbs (79.4 kg).
- With the footrest extended the seat depth is 41 in (1041 mm). A footrest extension is standard on this size.
What it will not do
- Not infinite position. Headrest and lumbar are powered. The back and chaise still share the recline path.
- The backup is integrated. The brochure says batteries are not included.
- Arula colours are Dolphin, Dove and Mink. Chestnut vinyl is optional.
How it compares
- Other 3-position lift chairs often lock the leg rest to the back. This one lets the leg rest lead.
- For a back and footrest that move apart, see infinite position lift chairs and the VivaLift Elegance PLR-975.
