A damaged lead is a risk, so stop using it until it is replaced, and have our technicians do that.
Look over the lead before each charge: a split sleeve, a bent pin or a plug that sits loose in its socket means it is time for a new one. Order it through our spare parts desk; our patient lifts page shows the lifts we carry.
