Description
Part 80100001 is a 100 mm front castor for Handicare MiniLift200 and Eva400, Eva450 and Eva600 mobile lifts. It is supplied with its fixing nut.
The 100 mm rear castor is a different part, code 80100002. Check whether the machine needs a front or rear castor and confirm the wheel size before ordering. A trained technician can remove the old wheel, secure the replacement with the specified fastener and locking compound, then check that the lift rolls evenly and the wheel attachment is firm.
The maker's own fitting note says to undo the screw with an Allen key, fit the new castor with Loctite 2701 or similar and secure it, so a trained technician fits it. Browse spare parts for other Handicare lift components.
